Note: There were very few Rev. 2 adapater sold. The only differences between Rev. 2 and Rev. 3 are below:

-In Rev. 3 the clock input is wired as additional chip select rather then being left N/C to more accuratly mimic the original.
-There are slight layout improvemnts to improve mechanical durability of the Rev. 3 boards.
-The 74LS138 was replaced with a 74HCT138 to reduce loading on chip select lines. Since the original was NMOS, LS TTL was loading the lines more then the original. This didn't seem to cause any problems, but I wanted to be sure.

If you are repairing an original Rev.2 board, the parts list for the Rev. 3 will work, so no seperate parts list is included for Rev. 2

If you are building one of these, please build from the Rev. 3 files.
